Prices
10-week Registered Group Classes:
Returning students: $172 for 10 weeks (includes HST)
New students: $185 for 10 weeks (includes HST)
Drop-in fee: $20 Call ahead to make sure there is space.
To Register: To ensure a place please email pilatesontheball at gmail.com or call the studio and leave a message explaining what class you are interested in. Then, after you have heard back from the studio confirming there is a space, please send a post-dated cheque made out to Colleen Craig and mailed to the studio.

All equipment is provided and it is possible to make up missed classes.
All classes are one hour with the exception of Monday 5pm class; this class is 50 minutes.
If space allows it is possible to join anytime at a prorated fee.
How to Make Up Missed Classes
- You are welcome to make up missed classes within the designated term. As space is limited, please call the studio ahead of time to book your make up class.
- As a courtesy please let the studio know of any scheduled absences.
- You are welcome to take your missed classes into the next term if you have registered in and paid for a full session.
- There are no refunds.
Class Descriptions
Basic Ball: Safe enough for beginners and older adults. Large balls and weights are used.
Intermediate Ball: A challenging, fast-paced workout with large balls and weights.
Gentle Intermediate Mat: Small balls, bands and rollers are used. Intermediate variations and easier modifications will be shown.
Intermediate Mat: Small balls and bands are used in this challenging workout.
Basic Mat: Small balls and bands are used to enhance a safe, balanced mat class.
Strength Training on the Ball: Weights are used in conjunction with the instability of the ball. Challenging variations and easier modifications will be shown.
